A healthy body is free of disease and illness, and it is not riddled with pain.
Positive thoughts, gratitude, and a feeling of joy are present, and there is a thirst for knowledge and learning.
Being spiritual is being centered and having an understanding that you are part of something much bigger than yourself.
Bailey’s Holistic Counseling wants to help those in need of mental health services build confidence and self love. Helping clients discover how all areas of their lives are interconnected to their body, mind, and spirit.
My name is Stephanie Bailey, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over 10 years experience working with children, adolescents, and adults providing trauma informed care in Central/Northern, New Jersey. I obtained my Master’s degree from Rutgers University in Social Work. I have worked with a variety of individuals in various settings involving mental health, education, in-home therapy, and child welfare. My life experiences have fostered my evolution into a practitioner that provides a unique style of therapy that incorporates all domains of your life body, mind, and spirit. I view my work with clients as being very collaborative and enjoy working with clients from various cultural and religious backgrounds. My goal is to help my clients live holistically by guiding them through the process of being present and intentional in all aspects of their daily lives.
